Changed your mind? No worries—we get it.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order moves into processing, we won’t be able to make changes.
If cancelled within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

We kindly ask you to give your purchase at least 14 days of use before deciding to return it. If you're still not satisfied, you’re covered under our 60-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made between Day 14 and Day 60 from delivery.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
Here’s how to get help:

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage

We’ll evaluate your request and if eligible, send you a replacement at no cost.

Please note:

  • Dented boxes or torn packaging due to shipping are not considered product damage if the product itself is intact.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.


📬 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays due to customs, local carriers, or holidays are out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please contact the shipping provider directly for delivery issues.


🚚 Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please notify us within 24 hours. If the package has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund or resend the item.
