Changed your mind? No worries—we get it.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order moves into processing, we won’t be able to make changes. If cancelled within 12 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

We kindly ask you to give your purchase at least 14 days of use before deciding to return it. If you're still not satisfied, you’re covered under our 60-day money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • This guarantee applies only to items purchased directly from GOODVIBESUMMER.
  • Return requests must be made between Day 14 and Day 60 from delivery. Products may be used or unused.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Returned items must be postmarked between Day 14 and Day 60 from the original order receipt date.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees and parcel protection costs are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
Here’s how to get help:

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage

We’ll evaluate your request and if eligible, send you a replacement at no cost.

Please note:

  • Dented boxes or torn packaging due to shipping are not considered product damage if the product itself is intact.
  • We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.

📬 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the courier.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays due to customs, local carriers, or holidays are out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please contact the shipping provider directly for delivery issues.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order. If an incorrect or incomplete address has been entered, you must notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After 12 hours, order cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible. This policy ensures efficient order processing and timely delivery.
  • Once a package has been shipped, if the shipping address is incomplete or inaccurate and delivery cannot be completed, refunds or reshipments may be limited, and we are not liable for such cases.
  • In some cases, if an order is returned due to an incorrect address and you wish to have it reshipped, additional redelivery fees may apply.
  • Shipping details are submitted to the courier based on the address provided at checkout, so please carefully review and confirm your shipping address, email, and contact information before submitting your order.
  • Once the order and shipment have been confirmed, no further changes can be made.
  • Additionally, if no email address is provided, you will not receive order or shipping confirmation emails.
